Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable or transferable. The deposits will go towards your service. Please be aware that there is a $10 difference between locations. HelioSkintrix LLC reserves the right to waive cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. No Call No Shows will result in a non refundable deposit and charged the remaining balance of the session. Late Policy : If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment will be cancelled. 17 and under need to be accompanied by an adult. A card is required on file. All cards have a processing fee of 4%
